用apt-get进行安装

python3-pip – Python 3版的pip
python3-numpy – Python 3版的numpy
python3-scipy – Python 3版的scipy
python3-pillow – Python 3版的pillow
python3-matplotlib – Python 3版的matplotlib
python3-pandas – Python 3版的pandas

请使用pip3进行安装。
