macならターミナル,Windows/ならnaconda Promptで以下のコマンドを入力して実行

conda install -c conda-forge jupyter_contrib_nbextensions

jupyter contrib nbextension install --user
jupyter nbextensions_configurator enable --user

入力補完機能OFF
