使用Docker进行环境搭建

1. 使用Go×Docker进行环境搭建。

创建Go模块。

go mod是类似于Go应用程序根目录的东西。任何值都可以，但通常习惯上使用github.com/用户名/应用程序名。

安装 echo 应用程序框架。
