The LITE Series is an economy-tier cloud server offering, designed for workloads with relatively low or fluctuating CPU usage. It is ideal for scenarios such as development environments, lightweight web services, and staging servers.
Key characteristics include:
- 95th percentile CPU performance allocation
- Burstable performance with quota-based regulation
CPU Credit Accumulation Policy
The system samples the CPU utilization every 5 minutes, resulting in:
- 8,640 sampling points per month
(30 days × 24 hours × 12 samples per hour)
Each sampling point contributes credits based on the CPU usage range:

⚠️ Note:
- Usage below 1% earns no credit.
- The 1%–10% range is considered the safe usage zone with zero credit accumulation.
Credit Threshold & Throttling Policy
- When monthly accumulated credits reach 2,592 or more, a performance throttle is triggered.
- Throttling Rule: CPU is limited to 10% maximum performance.
- Throttle Duration: Remains in effect until the end of the current month.
- Next Month:
- Credits reset to zero
- CPU restrictions are automatically lifted
