A major failure has occurred at the Colt TDC1 data center, resulting in a complete offline status.
Our IPs, as well as those of our upstream providers and local ISPs, are also offline.
We are working closely with all relevant parties to investigate the incident. Further updates will be provided as soon as possible.

The previously reported outage at Colt TDC1 data center has been fully resolved as of 5:40 AM.
Our connectivity, along with that of upstream providers and local ISPs, has now been fully restored.

The recent outage in the Tokyo region has been fully resolved, and compensation has been completed.
The cause of the incident was a failure in the backbone fiber switch, which has now been replaced with a backup system.
In accordance with our SLA commitment, all affected cloud servers have been compensated with 120 hours of service time.
Additional redundancy measures are currently being planned and implemented.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
