How to change the system language on win10

To change the system language of Win10, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the “Settings” application. You can do this by clicking on the Windows icon on the taskbar and then clicking on the “Settings” icon.
2. Click on “Time and Language” in the “Settings” window.
3. Select the “Region and Language” tab in the “Time and Language” window.
