How to uninstall Oracle database

To uninstall the Oracle database, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Locate the “Oracle – Oracle Home” folder in the Start menu and open it.
  2. Locate and run the “Universal Installer” in the “Oracle Installation Product” folder.
  3. On the “Select Installation Operation” page, choose “Uninstall Product” and click “Next.”
  4. On the “Select Product” page, choose the Oracle database version you want to uninstall and click on “Next”.
  5. On the “Confirm Uninstall” page, verify the product information you want to uninstall and click on “Next”.
  6. On the “Uninstall” page, select “Delete All” and click “Next”.
  7. On the “Uninstall Setup” page, select the Oracle Home to be uninstalled and click “Next.”
  8. On the “Uninstall Process” page, click “Next” to start the uninstall process.
  9. Waiting for the uninstallation to be completed.
  10. On the “Uninstall complete” page, click on “Done”.

After completing the above steps, the Oracle database will be successfully uninstalled. Please note that these steps may vary for different versions of the Oracle database. During the uninstallation process, make sure to back up important database files and configuration information.
