How to install and configure Maven in Eclipse?
To install and configure Maven in Eclipse, you can follow these steps:
- Open Eclipse and click on the “Help” menu, then select “Eclipse Marketplace”.
- In the pop-up dialog box, type “maven” in the search bar and click the “Go” button.
- In the search results, locate the “Maven Integration for Eclipse” plugin and click the “Go” button.
- Click on the “Install” button on the plugin details page.
- In the pop-up dialog box, check the “Maven Integration for Eclipse” plugin and click the “Next” button.
- In the next dialogue box, read and accept the license agreement, then click on the “Finish” button.
- After the installation is complete, restart Eclipse.
After the installation is complete, you can configure Maven by following these steps:
- Click on “Window” in the menu bar, then select “Preferences”.
- In the pop-up dialog box, expand the “Maven” node and select “Installations”.
