  4. Expand the “Domain Name System” in the “Active Directory Domain Services” management console.<\/li>\n
  5. Locate the record of the subdomain to be deleted, right-click on the record, and then select “delete”.<\/li>\n
  6. Click “Yes” in the pop-up confirmation dialog box to confirm the deletion operation.<\/li>\n
  7. Wait for the deletion operation to complete.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
