There are several methods available for taking screenshots on the Windows 11 operating system.<\/p>\n

  1. Pressing the Win key+Shift+S on the keyboard allows you to darken the screen, turn the mouse cursor into a crosshair, click and drag the mouse to select the screenshot area, and release the mouse to save the screenshot.<\/li>\n
  2. Pressing the Win key and the Print Screen key at the same time automatically saves a screenshot of the entire screen to the clipboard. You can then paste and save the screenshot using a drawing tool or other image editing software.<\/li>\n
  3. To use the Windows Snipping Tool, click on the “Search” button on the left side of the taskbar, type in “Snipping Tool” and click on the application. Click on the “New” button to select full screen, window, or custom area for the screenshot, then click on the “Snip” button to take the screenshot. The screenshot will be saved to the clipboard and can be pasted and saved in Paint or other image editing software.<\/li>\n
  4. Take screenshots using the Game bar: Press Win key+G to open the Game bar, click on the “Screen capture” button to take a screenshot. The screenshot will be saved in the “Screen capture” folder within the system’s “Videos” folder.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
