In Access, you can use data binding to bind a data source to an option group. Here are some steps to achieve this operation:<\/p>\n

  1. Open the Access database and open the design view of a form or report.<\/li>\n
  2. In the design view, locate the option group control and select it.<\/li>\n
  3. Switch to the “Data” tab in the properties window.<\/li>\n
  4. In the “Control Source” property, select the data source you want to bind to. This can be a table, query, or any other form of data source.<\/li>\n
  5. Enter the number of columns in the “Number of Columns” property within the options group. This will depend on the number of options you want to display.<\/li>\n
  6. In the “Column Widths” property, input the width of each column in the option group. You can separate the width of each column using a semicolon (;).<\/li>\n
  7. Choose “Option Button” in the “Control Type” property.<\/li>\n
  8. Click the “…” button below the “Control Source” property to open the query builder.<\/li>\n
  9. In the query builder, create a query to select the data you want to display. You can choose fields from tables, other queries, or create calculated fields.<\/li>\n
  10. After completing the query in the query builder, close the query builder.<\/li>\n
  11. Save and close the design view of form or report.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
