You can back up a table using the built-in backup tool of SQL Server or by writing a script.<\/p>\n

Option 1: Utilize the SQL Server backup tool.<\/p>\n

  1. Open SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).<\/li>\n
  2. Connect to your database server.<\/li>\n
  3. Locate the database you want to back up in the object explorer.<\/li>\n
  4. Right-click on the database, select “Tasks” and then choose “Backup”.<\/li>\n
  5. In the backup database dialog box, select the “Tables\/Views\/Indexes” tab.<\/li>\n
  6. In the “Select Table\/View\/Index Backup” section, choose the table you want to back up.<\/li>\n
  7. Specify the location and name of the backup file.<\/li>\n
  8. Click “OK” to start the backup.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Option 2: Writing a script for backup
