There are two methods in Windows system to capture a long screenshot.<\/p>\n

Option One: Utilize a screenshot tool.<\/p>\n

  1. Open the page or window where the screenshot is needed.<\/li>\n
  2. Press the Print Screen (or PrtScn) key on the keyboard, which is typically located in the top right corner of the keyboard.<\/li>\n
  3. Open the drawing tool (you can search for “paint” in the start menu).<\/li>\n
  4. In the drawing tool, click on “Edit” and select “Paste”, or simply press the Ctrl+V key combination on the keyboard to paste the screenshot into the drawing tool.<\/li>\n
  5. In the drawing tool, use the selection tool (rectangular select tool or free select tool) to choose a portion of the screenshot, then click “cut”.<\/li>\n
  6. Click on “file” and choose “new”, then select “from clipboard”.<\/li>\n
  7. In the newly created drawing window, click on “File” and select “Save As”, choose the file format and location for saving, then click “Save”.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Option 2: Utilizing a scrolling screenshot tool.<\/p>\n

    1. Download and install a scrolling screenshot tool, such as Snagit or PicPick.<\/li>\n
    2. Open the scrolling screenshot tool.<\/li>\n
    3. Select “scrolling screenshot” or a similar option in the tool.<\/li>\n
    4. Open the page or window where the screenshot is needed and follow the instructions provided by the tool.<\/li>\n
    5. After completing the scrolling screenshot, choose the file format and location to save it, then click on “Save”.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
