To install Hive on Hadoop and configure it with MySQL, you can follow the steps below:<\/p>\n

Install Hive.<\/p>\n

Download Hive and extract it to the desired directory.<\/p>\n

Set the `HIVE_HOME` environment variable to point to the root directory of Hive.<\/p>\n

Set the `PATH` environment variable to include `$HIVE_HOME\/bin`.<\/p>\n

2. Set up Hive:<\/p>\n

Duplicate the configuration template file of Hive.<\/p>\n
