The method of entering BIOS may vary depending on the Windows version, here are a few commonly used methods:<\/p>\n

  1. Restart the computer and when it starts up, press and hold the Del, F2, or F10 key. Typically, you will see a prompt during the Power-On Self Test (POST) telling you which key to press to access the BIOS.<\/li>\n
  2. In Windows 8 and 10, you can access the BIOS through the Windows settings. Open the “Settings” app (which can be accessed using the Win + I shortcut), click on “Update & Security,” then choose the “Recovery” tab. Under “Advanced startup,” click on “Restart now.” The computer will restart and enter advanced startup mode. On this screen, select “Troubleshoot,” then choose “Advanced options,” and finally select “UEFI Firmware Settings.”<\/li>\n
  3. In Windows 8 and 10, you can also access the BIOS through the “Shut down” menu. Press the Win + X key combination, then choose “Shut down” or “Log off.” Hold down the Shift key and click on “Restart.” The computer will restart into advanced startup mode.
