To change the field names in an Access table, you can follow these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Open the Access database and select the table where you want to change the field names.<\/li>\n
  2. Place the mouse cursor over the column header of the field to be changed in the “Form Design” view.<\/li>\n
  3. Right-click and select the option “Rename Field” from the pop-up menu.<\/li>\n
  4. In the pop-up dialogue box, enter the new field name and click the “OK” button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Another way to change the name of a field is by using an SQL query. You can follow these steps:<\/p>\n

    1. Open the Access database and select the table in which you want to change the field names.<\/li>\n
    2. Click on the “Query Design” button on the “Create” tab.<\/li>\n
    3. In the query design view, select the table you want to change the field name for and add it to the query design area.<\/li>\n
    4. In the query design area, select the “Update Query” option from the “Query Type” group.<\/li>\n
    5. In the query design area, add the name of the field to be changed to the row of fields to be updated, and enter the new field name in the “update to” row.<\/li>\n
