In Access, you can set the display format of a table using the following method:<\/p>\n

  1. Open the Access database and select the table you want to format.<\/li>\n
  2. In the “View” group on the “Home” tab, select “Design View”.<\/li>\n
  3. In the design view, you can make changes to the structure and properties of tables.<\/li>\n
  4. In the design view of a table, you can specify the data type, field length, format, and other properties of a field.<\/li>\n
  5. In the field properties, you can adjust the display format of the field. For example, for a date\/time field, you can choose from various date\/time formats.<\/li>\n
  6. In the formatting settings, you can choose the cell format in which the field will be displayed, such as text, number, currency, etc.<\/li>\n
  7. In the design view, you can configure the default format of the table. In the “Properties” tab, you can set the table’s default view and default display format.<\/li>\n
  8. After you have finished setting up, save the design view of the table and close it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
