  1. Download and install Java JDK. You can download the Java JDK installation package for your operating system from the official Oracle website. Remember the installation path during the installation process.<\/li>\n
  2. Open the environment variable settings of the system. On a Windows system, you can press the Win + R keys, then enter “sysdm.cpl” to open the “System Properties” window. Under the “Advanced” tab, click on the “Environment Variables” button.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the “New” button in the “System Variables” section.<\/li>\n
  4. Set the variable name as “JAVA_HOME” and its value as the path where your Java JDK is installed. For example, if you have installed Java JDK in the directory “C:\\Program Files\\Java\\jdk1.8.0_231”, then the variable value should be “C:\\Program Files\\Java\\jdk1.8.0_231”.<\/li>\n
