The steps to create a Yum repository in Linux are as follows:<\/p>\n

  1. Install the required software packages.<\/li>\n
  2. Please install createrepo using the yum command.<\/li>\n
  3. Create a directory to store package files.<\/li>\n
  4. Create a new directory at the specified path for the repository.<\/li>\n
  5. Copy the software package files to the directory created in the previous step.<\/li>\n
  6. Use the createrepo command to generate metadata for the Yum repository.<\/li>\n
  7. Create a repository using the command sudo createrepo at the specified path.<\/li>\n
  8. Install an HTTP server (such as Apache).<\/li>\n
  9. Please install httpd using sudo yum.<\/li>\n
  10. Start the HTTP server and set it to automatically start on boot.<\/li>\n
  11. Start and enable the httpd service using systemctl.<\/li>\n
  12. Set up an HTTP server to host a Yum repository.<\/li>\n
  13. Edit the \/etc\/httpd\/conf\/httpd.conf file, locate the line , and add the following configuration below it: Options Indexes FollowSymLinks<\/li>\n
