The execution flow of the Spring MVC framework is as follows:<\/p>\n

  1. The client sends an HTTP request to the server and it is received by the DispatcherServlet.<\/li>\n
  2. DispatcherServlet locates the corresponding HandlerMapping based on the URL path of the request to obtain the Controller responsible for handling that request.<\/li>\n
  3. The HandlerMapping forwards the request to the Controller and returns a HandlerExecutionChain object, which contains the method that will handle the request and any relevant interceptors.<\/li>\n
  4. The Controller executes a handling method, processes the request, and returns a ModelAndView object that contains the processing results and the view name.<\/li>\n
  5. The HandlerInterceptor interceptor intercepts and processes actions before and after the execution of the handling method.<\/li>\n
  6. The Controller passes the ModelAndView object to the DispatcherServlet.<\/li>\n
  7. DispatcherServlet uses the ViewResolver resolver to find the corresponding View view based on the view name.<\/li>\n
  8. The View renders the ModelAndView object to generate the final response content.<\/li>\n
  9. Ultimately, the response is sent back to the client.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
