  2. Locate the bind-address option in the configuration file and set its value to the IP address you want to connect to. If the option is already commented out (starting with “#”), uncomment it and set the appropriate IP address.<\/li>\n
  3. For example: set the bind address as 127.0.0.1.<\/li>\n
  4. To allow all IP addresses to connect, set the bind-address to 0.0.0.0.<\/li>\n
  5. Example: bind to address 0.0.0.0<\/li>\n
