Materials needed:<\/p>\n

  1. 180 grams of low-gluten flour<\/li>\n
  2. 3 grams of baking powder<\/li>\n
  3. 30 grams of cocoa powder<\/li>\n
  4. 150 grams of fine sugar<\/li>\n
  5. Three eggs<\/li>\n
  6. 60 grams of milk<\/li>\n
  7. 60 grams of vegetable oil<\/li>\n
  8. Use a moderate amount of butter to grease the cake pan.<\/li>\n
  9. Sprinkle a moderate amount of flour on the cake pan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Steps:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Mix the cake flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder together, sift and set aside.<\/li>\n
    2. Put the eggs and caster sugar into a container, and beat with an electric mixer until the color lightens and the volume increases.<\/li>\n
    3. Pour the milk and vegetable oil into the egg mixture, and continue to stir until well mixed.<\/li>\n
    4. Gradually add the sifted flour mixture into the egg batter, stirring well to form a smooth batter.<\/li>\n
    5. Coat the inner walls of the cake mold with a layer of butter, sprinkle some flour, and then pour out the excess flour.<\/li>\n
    6. Pour the cake batter into the cake mold and use a spatula to smooth the surface.<\/li>\n
    7. Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C, then place the cake pan into the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, until the surface of the cake turns golden brown. Insert a toothpick into the center of the cake, if it comes out clean, it’s ready.<\/li>\n
    8. Once the baked cake is removed, allow it to cool completely before decorating.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Decoration:<\/p>\n

      1. Remove the cake from the cake mold, place it on a cutting board, and cut the cake in half with a knife.<\/li>\n
      2. Spread a layer of cream on top of the cake, then place another layer of cake on top.<\/li>\n
      3. Spread a thin layer of cream on the surface of the cake to make it smooth.<\/li>\n
      4. Different colored candies and fruits can be used to decorate the cake, creating the image of Paru.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
