During the installation of the deepin system, you can opt for manual partitioning to set up disk partitions. Follow these steps during manual partitioning:
- Open the installation program and choose the “manual partition” option.
- Locate the hard drive where you want to install the deepin system, then click on the “Create” button.
- It is generally recommended to allocate at least 20GB for the root partition (/).

- You can choose to create a /home partition for storing user data, it is recommended to have at least 20GB.

- After the partition operation is completed, continue with the installation steps of the deepin system.
