How to skip creating an account during Win10 installation?

During the installation process of Windows 10, you are typically asked to create a Microsoft account to log into the system. However, you also have the option to skip this step and create a local account.

Here are the steps to skip account creation:

  1. During the installation process, when you see the interface asking for your Microsoft account, click on the option “Skip this step” or “Unable to connect to the Internet” at the bottom left corner.
  2. Next, a prompt will appear asking if you want to continue using the local account, click on “Next”.
  3. On the next screen, you will need to enter your username and password to create a local account. Once you have filled out the information, click “Next”.
  4. On the next screen, you can choose whether to set a password hint for the local account and set the password complexity. Adjust according to your needs, then click “Next.”
  5. Finally, you will be asked to verify your settings. Click “Next” to confirm.
  6. After completing the above steps, you will successfully create a local account and the system will continue with the installation process.

Please note that using a local account may limit access to certain features in Windows 10, such as certain functionalities in Cortana and Windows Store apps. If you wish to use these features, it is recommended that you create a Microsoft account for login.
