How to force restart Windows?
There are several ways to force restart a Windows operating system.
- Use the keyboard shortcut: press Ctrl + Alt + Delete, then select the “Task Manager” option. In Task Manager, click on the “Shut down” option, and then select “Restart” to force a restart.
- To use the command prompt: press the Win + R keys together, type “cmd” and press enter to open the command prompt window. Type “shutdown /r /f” and press enter to force a reboot. ” /r” indicates a restart, while “/f” means force close all applications.
- To power off your computer or laptop, press and hold the power button until it shuts down automatically. Then press the power button again to force a restart.
