Ubuntu DHCP Setup: Auto Network Configuration

To automatically obtain network settings on Ubuntu, follow these steps:

1. Open the system settings and click on the “Network” option.
2. In the network settings, choose the type of network connection to connect to (wired or wireless).
3. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner, and select “Edit Link”.
4. In the connection editing window, select the connection for which you want to automatically obtain an IP address and click “Edit”.
5. Choose “Automatic” (DHCP) as the method in the IPv4 settings tab.
